There is no cost for ACH or paper check.

DEBIT CARD
You may use the prepaid card provided. Activate your card by:

By activating the card, you agree to the card’s fees and terms and conditions outlined in the cardholder agreement.

Lost or stolen card? No sweat. If your registered* Release Pay card ever becomes lost or stolen, you can immediately turn off the card and prevent access to your money by calling Customer Service. Once the card has been replaced or found, simply turn it back on.
*Your card must be registered in order to use of Mastercard® fraud protection for unauthorized purchases.
